3. Property Listings
  • Property To Let does not own or manage any properties listed on the platform.
  • All property listings are provided by third-party agents or property owners.
  • We do not accept payments from users seeking properties. Users must conduct their due diligence and ensure they visit the property before making any payments to agents.
4. Agent Verification
  • All property agents undergo a verification process.
  • Verified properties will display a verified badge.
  • Despite our verification process, we encourage users to independently verify the authenticity of the listings and agents.
5. User Conduct
  • Users must not post or transmit any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
  • Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's functionality.
  • Users must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Reporting Fraudulent Activities
  • Users are encouraged to report any fraudulent activities or suspicious listings immediately.
  • Each property listing includes a report button for easy reporting of any concerns.
  • Reports can also be made through our fraud team at fraud@propertytolet.com.ng.
  • We take fraudulent activities seriously and will investigate all reports. Appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken against those found to be in violation of these terms.
7. User-Generated Content

Ownership and Responsibility

  • User-Generated Content: By submitting any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media, you agree that you are the owner of the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.
  • Ownership of Posts: Each post made by users on "Property To Let" is considered owner-personified, meaning that the content of the post remains the property of the user who submitted it. "Property To Let" does not claim ownership of such content.
  • Non-Transfer of Rights: Submission of content to "Property To Let" does not transfer any rights of ownership to "Property To Let". The user retains all rights to their content, and "Property To Let" only obtains a limited license to display and distribute the content on its platform.
  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for the content they post and must ensure that it does not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or breach any agreements or contracts. "Property To Let" is not responsible for the content posted by users and does not endorse any user-generated content.
  • Content Removal: "Property To Let" reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All content on Property To Let, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Property To Let or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.
9. Disclaimers
  • Property To Let provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listings or other content on the platform.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform or your reliance on any content provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
  • In no event shall Property To Let be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any property listings.
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
  • Property To Let reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
